Jamie’s coaching philosophy is “working with each individual” – to best understand where you are in your golfing journey. This includes your skill level, your physical capabilities, how your equipment affects your performance and your golfing goals all matched with appropriate coaching instruction, drills, exercises, and practice loads to suit your available time for practice & play.
Jamie operates out of the Riverland at the Berri, Barmera and Loxton golf clubs.
He has a retail offering at Loxton Golf Club and a mobile retail, club fitting and repairs setup.
Once a month Jamie visits Adelaide at both the North Adelaide Golf Course and West Beach Parks, as well as regularly servicing the Crystal Brook and Port Broughton golf clubs in the mid north with both coaching and retail offerings.
It has been a privilege to learn golf with Jamie. He is a kind and patient teacher while giving expert advice. We have a lot of fun in our group classes and Jamie is sure to pay us individual attention. He encourages us with a warm and friendly approach so that we develop a passion for golf.

Jamie’s coaching style is suited to my level and ability. He quickly identifies my strengths and weaknesses. I like the approach working on one or two key areas to improve my swing and the drills he provides to work on. Jamie uploads videos to Coach Now and these are really useful as a refresher of previous lessons. During lessons Jamie is focused on that lesson. He is interested in helping me improve and is always interested in my results. Jamie is very positive and approachable- key to being a good teacher!
The structure of Jamie’s Swing Technique Clinic is excellent. It started with the basics and slowly worked up to a full swing over a 5 week period. I had always dreaded hitting irons until this clinic. Now I love hitting them.
Thank you for an excellent run golf program. It has been great being part of a small group to develop my skills in a fun and relaxed environment. The opportunity to spend more time on the course rather than just hitting balls has been a bonus. You have given me confidence in playing the game and at the same time excellent coaching on technique to enable me to be more effective with my swing.
Jamie’s Pro Talks session was informative and made you once again to really think about your approach to the game. Jamie shares tips and his knowledge in a way that has you thinking… and motivating you to have a go at improving your technique, attitude, focus etc. I look forward to the next session.
