Trigger word - The trigger word is a word that you can easily relate to, the word is associated to a calm thought pattern that may be related with your routine,
a breathing pattern or any thought that brings you the golfer back to a level mental state when a situation is getting tense or heated.
Mental Diary – This is a record similar to keeping golf stats but for your mental state through out the round of golf you are playing.
This diary keeps note of the positive and negative thoughts during each hole and is easy to keep track of. It is designed to make you the golfer more aware of your actions and because of this a better golfer through body language and temperament. |
