Beach House Fitness Centre Golf Program

In association with the Beach House Fitness centre Jamie has developed a golf specific fitness program. The program consists of 2 main stages, the first being a personnel training period of 12 weeks. In this you will receive testing in golf technique, general fitness and given a program that suits for technique and needs.

The second stage is a general fitness class. This is a one hour class of all golf specific exercises and aerobic training. A great upbeat way to get fit, meet new friends and have fun all at the same time.

GOLF 12 Week Program

•  Program booklet to keep track of progress, goals and schedule.

•  Week one Golf Technique and measurements taken (2 Hour session)

•  Week four progress retest and lesson (1 hour session)

•  Week eight progress retest and lesson (1hour session)

•  Week Twelve final lesson and results (1 hour session)

•  Includes access to all clinics during week. Bookings required.

FITNESS 12 Week Program

•  Program booklet

•  Fitness assessment with golf technique taken into account and golf specific exercises programmed.

•  Personnel training sessions.

•  Full 12 week schedule including personnel training, diet tips and progress calls.
